This motorized awning comprises of an aluminum frame structure and has PVC Fabric that slides on side tracks. It is extended or retracted by a motorized control system operated via hand remote control.  Have it fully closed and it protects you from the sun and rain. When fully closed and tightly shut, the PVC Fabric seals off on the both sides making the unit totally waterproof. The rain water is drained by an integrated gutter and down pipe system into your storm water drainage.
